Terrace on the Ramparts

The terrace on the ramparts was probably transformed in the 17th century: from a medieval moat, it became a vast grassy terrace.


Overlooking the valley, it faces due west and benefits from the warm light of the setting sun. 

The are many possibilities:

For families,it is a privileged place for delicious lunches or dinners, with large tables, in the shade of the chestnut trees. 

 

​For your receptions:

  • cocktails,

  • music concerts, 

  • wedding celebrations or country banquets with selected decorations.
